The goal of CUEROS Y MAS S.A.C (hereinafter GABUTEAU) is to be an exemplary socially responsible company that creates unique leather pieces in collaboration with its master artisans. 1.- Information collected and how it is treated
All of our products and services presented on the website are offered without us collecting any information from our users. To browse our website, it is not necessary for the user to provide any information.
2.- Customer data
For a user to become a customer on our website, they must provide personal or legal identification information, as appropriate. There are also promotional activities that allow us to collect information, which is then validated by our marketing or notary team, if necessary. All this information is collected through the Google Analytics tool.
Occasionally, promotions will be sent by email to our users to provide relevant information to their interests. We may also share information for prevention, investigation, or to take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of individuals, violations of our terms of service, or as required by law.
