ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the purchase is made, the customer will receive a confirmation via email (Web) or within the conversation (WhatsApp). Processing begins after this confirmation.
ORDER PROCESSING
Season Sale orders will only be taken on Thursday, April 16th and Friday, April 17th. Due to high demand, there may be delays, which will be communicated promptly.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- Metropolitan Lima: 3 to 5 business days – S/ 20
- Provincias: 5 to 6 business days – S/ 30
IN-STORE PICKUP
Lima: Available at Av. Conquistadores 991 – 993, San Isidro (3 to 5 business days after confirmation). Must present ID and order number.
Trujillo: Free pickup starting April 28th at DoubleTree by Hilton Trujillo, Av. El Golf 591.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
No exchanges or returns are accepted for Season Sale products.
